כמה זמן עוד ארגיש תקוע בצוואר הבקבוק הסתום. מצד אחד האופציה לדחוק את הפקק ולהתפוצץ לאוויר העולם בכניסה אופנתית ודרמטית ומהצד השני להתעייף מלהחזיק את צידי הבקבוק ולאט-לאט להחליק ולטבוע בקרקעית מי השיכורים המבעבעים שפעם סימלו עבורי מטאפורה מלאת תקווה.

יש כאן עניין של עייפות החומר. שנים של רדיפה אחר קצוות פרומים שלי, כאלה ששכחתי לקשור בזמנו. ימים של אמונה עיוורת שהלילה יפה מהבוקר. אהבות מודחקות וכסף שהפך להיות פת הלחם היחידי לרוץ אחריו למרות חוסר האמון המלא שלי בו. מניפסטים לא גמורים על עצמי והעולם וחלומות שהם גדולים יותר מכולי ומזמן קיבלו אישיות בלתי נסבלת משל עצמם. כל אלו ועוד הביאו אותי לפינת הרחוב הזו שכולה רעש שהייתי בטוח שיתעלה מעל הרעש הפנימי שלי וישכיח אותו, אבל כנראה שלרעשים פנימיים היו תוכניות אחרות לגביי. אז אני מטביע את יגוני בשירים משכרים שרק ישכיחו ולו במעט את הסערה שמתחוללת בתוכי.

בעלי אומר לי שנמאס לו שאני עצוב תוך כדי ליטוף חסר שקט. שנמאס לו שאין בי תקווה וגם המעט שנשאר אני מייבש תחת השמש החודרנית והמציצנית שבוהה בנו מהחלונות הגדולים מידי ונטולי הוילונות בחזית הבית. ומה יהיה איתנו אם אני מתאייש כבר עכשיו. ואני שואל מה יהיה איתי וכמה זמן עוד אמשיך להביט בימים שלי כאילו הם הימים האחרונים ולא הראשונים של שארית חיי?

אני חוזר לחלום המקורי והקטן שלי: כורסה מיושנת משוק הפשפשים עם שתי כריות שזזות ומנסות להתחמק בכל פעם מחדש. כורסה לשבת עליה עם ספר טוב וסיגריה שנדמה לי שהושאלה מסרטים עם המפרי בוגרט וברגע של נחת לדמיין שאני שט לעבר אי של שקט ובאוזניי רק מוסיקה נצחית.
